The T90 Target Pad (9.75" × 4.25") is small on purpose. Shoulders, elbows, knees, jaw, calves, forearms — the places where injury history lingers and daily wear-and-tear compounds. Silicone construction wipes clean between sessions and flexes to contour whatever body part needs the light.

The LS Pro Systems device is designed to apply LED (light-emitting diode) light with associated gentle therapeutic warmth in the red, infrared and blue wavelengths of light to the user, which increases circulation and relaxes muscles. Before Beginning Any Light Therapy Protocol

Light therapy is generally well-tolerated by healthy adults, but is not appropriate for every person or every condition. Consult your healthcare provider before use if any of the following applies to you:

• Currently taking medications that increase light sensitivity (photosensitizing drugs — including certain antibiotics, acne treatments, diuretics, or antipsychotics)
• Pregnancy or nursing
• Active cancer, undergoing radiation, or history of skin cancer in treatment area
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders (particularly with any device offering pulsed modes)
• Presence of a pacemaker or implanted cardiac device
• Recent surgery or open wounds in the treatment area
• Active thyroid conditions (for treatments over the throat area)

Do not: stare directly into the LEDs. Use the device on infants. Combine with heat-producing topical products (menthol rubs, capsaicin creams). Exceed the recommended session duration.
