Why InfraCore Wellness

A Personal Journey to Recovery & Wellness

InfraCore Wellness was born from my own journey through injuries, surgeries, and the long recoveries that followed — knees, ankles, hands, hip, back. Like a lot of people in my generation, I spent years looking for tools and technologies that actually supported healing, not just managed symptoms.

Then I watched it from the other side. My father — a deeply active man for most of his life — lost his mobility as he aged, and I saw what that took from him. Not just physically. The mental and emotional toll of being unable to move freely through your own life is something I won't forget. It changed how I think about every choice I make for my own body now.

Somewhere in the middle of all that research, I started describing a person I'd later write about in our Wellness Library as The Wellness Investor — someone who applies the same long-term thinking to their body that they've always applied to their finances. The realization, eventually, was that I was describing myself.

What began as a personal pursuit became a mission.

Finding the right wellness technologies is overwhelming. There are countless products, conflicting information, and very little personalized guidance. That's why I created InfraCore Wellness.
