Shipping

Every order on InfraCore Wellness ships directly from the manufacturer that built it. Transit time, freight method, and lead time vary by supplier, so the exact shipping terms that apply to your order are listed in the Your protection & logistics panel on the product page itself.

The InfraCore standard

• White-glove coordination. Your Wellness Concierge confirms freight cost, lead time, and delivery scheduling before payment — never after. No surprise customs fees, no surprise restocking trips.
• Alaska, Hawaii and US territories — yes, we ship there. Freight to these addresses is quoted per order rather than charged at checkout, which means no shipping option will appear online and the order cannot be completed by itself. That is deliberate, not a fault, and it is not a decline. Contact your Wellness Concierge: we request the freight quote from the manufacturer, and you pay only the amount above what continental-US freight would have cost. You then receive one emailed invoice covering the equipment plus that additional freight, so the complete total is in front of you before the order is placed — nothing is charged until you have approved it. You can start the request from the “Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or a US territory?” panel on any product page or in your cart.
• Tracking from ship. Every order generates tracking the moment it leaves the manufacturer's facility, sent to the email on your order.
• Damage and short-ship claims. If anything arrives damaged or missing, contact your Wellness Concierge first — we file the claim and arrange the replacement.

Supplier framework

• Cryomed cryosaunas — Door-to-door via Cryomed's US logistics network. Factory lead time is 2–4 weeks from order for the Mini and Pro in standard colors, and up to 8 weeks in a non-standard color, depending on whether the composite is available in that color. The One Ultra is always built to order — about 3 months. Transit and customs clearance are additional to the factory window and are quoted to your delivery address; your Wellness Concierge confirms the exact timeline in writing before any payment is taken.
• SunPlus red light therapy — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) directly to your door (no surprise customs fees). Most US destinations arrive within 10–15 business days via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
• Summit to Sea hyperbaric chambers — Ships from the STS US facility to the 48 contiguous states. Chambers arrive in a cardboard carton, not a crate, with the chamber inside a zipped carry bag. Please open and inspect it at delivery, with the driver present — the most common transit damage is a box-cutter slice that goes through both the carton and the bag. Tell us straight away if you see any: Summit to Sea files the carrier claim and we handle it with them on your behalf. Freight quoted per chamber model (typical range: $275 for Shallow Dive up to $700 for Grand Dive Pro with Platform).
• Penguin Chillers — Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states via UPS, covered by Penguin. East-coast addresses typically arrive in 1–3 business days; west-coast in approximately 5 business days. Alaska quoted per order. We are not able to ship these chillers to Hawaii.
• Penguin accessories — Free shipping on accessory orders over $249 to the 48 contiguous states via UPS.
• Echo Water hydrogen and RO systems — Ships from Echo's facility in Pleasant Grove, Utah via Echo's own logistics partners to the address on your order. Delivery dates quoted by Echo are indicative rather than guaranteed; items on backorder ship automatically as they become available. Inspect your delivery on arrival and tell your Wellness Concierge about any damage or shortage straight away — we file the claim.
• Clearlight® infrared saunas — Shipped directly by Clearlight to addresses in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, on Clearlight's freight terms and schedule. Your Wellness Concierge coordinates with their team on delivery and installation questions.
• TrueLight® red light therapy — Ships from TrueLight's Ohio warehouse. Your Wellness Concierge confirms freight and transit time with you before payment, so there is nothing to discover at checkout.
• Living Earth Crafts recovery loungers — Ship from the Living Earth Crafts factory in Vista, California. Each lounger is made to order and ships crated on its own pallet with its printed manual. Delivery is curbside, or to your dock if you have one, and a liftgate is required — we quote it with the freight rather than leaving you to arrange it. Your Wellness Concierge confirms a delivery appointment or a driver call-ahead before anything ships. Please inspect the crate before the driver leaves and tell us about any freight damage, including damage you only find once it is unpacked, within 48 hours — we take the claim from there.
• LS Pro Systems — Free freight delivery within the continental United States, shipped direct from LS Pro. Systems are configured to order; your Concierge confirms delivery access and power requirements before the order is placed.
• Beyond Cold — Freight delivery, shipped direct from Beyond Cold. The Journey ships in a compact freight package; larger models are palletized. Beyond Cold includes a video walkthrough and a written owner’s guide with every unit.
