Every order on InfraCore Wellness ships directly from the manufacturer that built it. Transit time, freight method, and lead time vary by supplier, so the exact shipping terms that apply to your order are listed in the Your protection & logistics panel on the product page itself.
The InfraCore standard
- White-glove coordination. Your Wellness Concierge confirms freight cost, lead time, and delivery scheduling before payment — never after. No surprise customs fees, no surprise restocking trips.
- Tracking from ship. Every order generates tracking the moment it leaves the manufacturer's facility, sent to the email on your order.
- Damage and short-ship claims. If anything arrives damaged or missing, contact your Wellness Concierge first — we file the claim and arrange the replacement.
Supplier framework
- Cryomed cryosaunas — Door-to-door via Cryomed's US logistics network. Standard configurations typically ship within 7–9 days; custom colors or built-to-order configurations require 2–8 weeks.
- SunPlus red light therapy — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) directly to your door (no surprise customs fees). Most US destinations arrive within 10–15 business days via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
- Summit to Sea hyperbaric chambers — Ships from the STS US facility to the 48 contiguous states. Freight quoted per chamber model (typical range: $275 for Shallow Dive up to $700 for Grand Dive Pro with Platform).
- Penguin Chillers — Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states via UPS, covered by Penguin. East-coast addresses typically arrive in 1–3 business days; west-coast in approximately 5 business days. Alaska / Hawaii quoted separately.
- Penguin accessories — Free shipping on accessory orders over $249 to the 48 contiguous states via UPS.
