Infrared and traditional saunas are not the same thing
Most of the well-known sauna research was built on traditional Finnish bathing, in long-running Finnish population studies. Infrared cabins are a different modality with a separate and smaller evidence base. We don't assume findings transfer from one to the other, and we don't quietly let Finnish mortality data carry infrared marketing.

How to choose a size
Our view at InfraCore: the right cabin is decided by the room before it is decided by the spec sheet. Ceiling height, doorway width, whether it lives inside or out, and who else in the house will use it will narrow the list faster than any feature comparison.
