Every product on InfraCore Wellness carries the manufacturer's warranty for that specific item. Warranty length and coverage vary by supplier, so the exact terms that apply to your order are listed in the Your protection & logistics panel on the product page itself.

How warranty service works

You never call the manufacturer alone. Every warranty claim, repair request, or replacement is managed end-to-end by your Wellness Concierge — we coordinate directly with the supplier, follow up until it's resolved, and keep you updated. That's true whether the item arrived damaged, develops a defect later, or needs a replacement part.

Supplier framework

• Cryomed cryosaunas — choice of standard warranty: 1-year full (technician visit + all parts) or 3-year component (parts only, no full-service labor). 2-year available case-by-case on qualifying deals. Extended options available on request. CE-marked, used in professional sport and recovery facilities. Administered by Cryomed; coordinated by your InfraCore Wellness Concierge.
• SunPlus red light therapy panels (EW1000 PLUS, EW1500 PLUS, RS301) — 3-year manufacturer warranty: 1 year full coverage on parts and labor + 2-year extension on parts.
• SunPlus portable red light therapy (SunPOD, SunMAT, mobile stands) — 1-year full manufacturer warranty on parts. Portable systems carry a shorter term to reflect the mechanical wear of repeated folding, storage, and daily handling.
• Summit to Sea hyperbaric chambers — Manufacturer warranty per Summit to Sea's Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale, in lieu of all other warranties. Extended 1, 2, and 3-year warranty options available at the model-specific tier prices listed by Summit to Sea. All chambers are FDA-cleared and manufactured in the United States.
• Penguin Chillers (water chillers, glycol chillers, cold therapy line) — 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from Penguin Chillers, made in Knoxville, Tennessee. Extended 2-year and 3-year warranties available at point of sale.
• Penguin accessories (Inkbird controller, tubing, glycol, filters, replacement parts) — Manufacturer warranty per the original equipment maker.

The InfraCore standard

We deliberately list only manufacturers we'd buy from ourselves. The reason warranty terms vary is the same reason the products vary — different equipment, different engineering, different professional categories. Where a supplier's standard warranty is shorter than we'd like, your Wellness Concierge can usually surface an extended option at point of sale.
