Frequently asked questions
Do I definitely need one?
Echo's position is that a secondary faucet is required any time an Echo device is installed under the counter. If you already have a dedicated drinking-water tap, ask us before ordering — whether an existing faucet can serve depends on your setup, and we would rather check than sell you a part you don't need.
Does it replace my kitchen faucet?
No. It is a secondary tap installed in addition to your primary faucet, typically in a corner of the sink or an existing accessory opening.
What size opening does it need?
Echo specifies a 15/16" to 1" countertop hole — often already available from a redundant soap dispenser or sprayer port.
Which finishes are available?
Several, chosen to match common primary-faucet finishes. Tell us your kitchen and we will confirm current availability with Echo before your order goes in.
From the founder
A small part, listed because leaving it off would let someone buy a Flow and discover at install time that they were short a component. I would rather the page be boring and complete.
