Availability
This unit is currently on backorder with the manufacturer, with shipping expected in October 2026. We would rather tell you that here than after you have paid. Order now to hold your place in the queue, or talk to us and we will point you at something shipping now.
Four water types from one machine — hydrogen, alkaline, acidic and filtered. The most configurable unit Echo builds, and the one for households that want more than drinking water out of it.
Who this is for
- Households wanting hydrogen and alkaline water from one system
- People who will actually use the acidic setting — skincare and cleaning are the usual reasons
- Anyone who wants the widest capability rather than the simplest box
Who it's not for
- Anyone needing it before October 2026 — see the availability notice above
- Anyone who only wants hydrogen. The Flow or H2 do that for less.
- People who find four modes more choice than they want
By the numbers
- Produces four water types: hydrogen, alkaline, acidic and filtered
- Ten-year warranty
- Countertop or under-counter installation
- A secondary faucet is required for under-counter installation
- Free shipping within the continental US
Frequently asked questions
What are the four water types actually for?
Hydrogen for drinking, alkaline for drinking preference, acidic for cleaning and skincare use, and plain filtered. Whether you need all four is worth being honest with yourself about before spending at this tier.
Should I buy this or the Echo One?
The One pairs reverse osmosis with hydrogen and does that job cleanly. The Ultimate is about breadth of water types. Different questions, not better and worse.
When will it ship?
Echo lists it as on backorder with shipping expected October 2026. We will confirm with Echo before taking your order.
What is the warranty?
Ten years.
From the founder
I will be straight about this one: most people do not need four types of water, and if you only want hydrogen there are cheaper machines on this page that do it well. The Ultimate earns its price for households that will genuinely use the alkaline and acidic settings. If that isn't you, buy less machine. Echo has built hydrogen equipment since roughly 2009, they manufacture and service their own machines, and they answered every regulatory and warranty question I put to them without hedging. That is why the line is here.
