Warranty
Manufacturer warranty per the original equipment maker (Penguin Chillers, Inkbird, or component supplier). Defective parts replaced through Penguin's standard process — your Wellness Concierge handles the claim.
Shipping & lead time
Free shipping on accessory orders over $249 to the 48 contiguous states via UPS. East-coast 1–3 days, west-coast ~5 days from Knoxville, TN. Tracking provided at ship.
Installation
No installation — accessories ship ready to use with included instructions. Your Wellness Concierge can walk you through pump sizing, glycol mixing, or filter replacement if you have questions.
Returns
Standard accessories eligible for return within 21 days, subject to pre-approval and a 20% restocking fee; ship back direct to Penguin. Custom orders are non-returnable.
