Tiered facility pricing on qualifying multi-unit orders. All pricing remains within manufacturer guidelines — we structure value through coordination, install, and ongoing support rather than headline discounts. The facility program covers the lines we supply directly: cryotherapy, hyperbaric, red light, and cold plunge.
Single-Concierge Coordination
One dedicated specialist coordinates your entire build — equipment selection, supplier liaison, freight scheduling, install crews, and post-install verification. You make one call. We make the rest.
Multi-Unit Install & Build-Out Support
Coordinated delivery windows, professional install crews where required (saunas, hyperbaric, cryo), space-planning support, and electrical/water spec sheets reviewed against your facility plans before equipment leaves the manufacturer.
Long-Tail Support
Warranty claim coordination with the manufacturer on your behalf, scheduled maintenance check-ins, and an escalation path for time-sensitive operational issues. Your Concierge is the constant; supplier rotations and personnel changes don't reset your relationship.
Operator Training, Coordinated by Your Concierge
Several of our manufacturers run formal operator training for the facilities that put their equipment into service. For our cryotherapy lineup, that is Cryomed's own training center — an online program covering safe operation of the cabinet and liquid nitrogen supply, Cryomed's client intake methodology, session customization by client profile, compliant marketing practice for the US market, and a module on athletic performance and recovery.
Your Wellness Concierge arranges your team's access with the manufacturer as part of onboarding, and confirms exactly what is included before you commit. Where a manufacturer offers on-site assembly and in-person operator training as a separate service, we quote it with the equipment rather than leaving it as a surprise. We have worked through Cryomed's course material ourselves, so the person on your side of the phone knows the same content your operators will.

Every system we carry is specified by its manufacturer for commercial or professional use. We do not carry consumer-grade alternatives.

- Infrared & Traditional Sauna — full-spectrum and far-infrared cabins. Our current sauna line is sold and warrantied direct by the manufacturer, so we introduce you to them rather than coordinating this one ourselves.
