For Your Home
Build a recovery space that fits your home, your budget, and the way you actually live.
Cold plunge, sauna, red light, hyperbaric and hydrogen equipment for the home — planned, specified, delivered and installed through a single Wellness Concierge. Planning is free, and it comes before any purchase.
Who We Work With
People building something they intend to use every day.
Home recovery equipment is a considered purchase. It takes space, it takes power, and in some cases it takes a contractor. This page is written for the people thinking past the first week.
✓ Building a dedicated space — a spare room, basement, garage or outbuilding turned over to recovery
✓ Adding one piece well — a single sauna, plunge or panel chosen properly rather than a room bought at once
✓ Training seriously at home — athletes and masters competitors who recover as deliberately as they train
✓ Managing a long-term condition or recovery — alongside, never instead of, the care of a qualified clinician
✓ Planning for the long run — healthspan, mobility and sleep, measured in decades rather than weeks
✓ Replacing a membership — people already paying per session elsewhere and weighing the move home
The Home Program
One Concierge. One plan. No pressure to buy the room at once.
Buying for a home is not a smaller version of buying for a facility. The constraints are different — a doorway, a breaker panel, a floor that has to take the weight, a partner who has opinions about the garage. The home program is built around those constraints rather than around a catalog.
Planning before purchase
Start with the Wellness Concierge Assessment. It asks about your space, your goals and your budget, and returns a plan — including the honest answer that you should buy one thing now and nothing else yet, or that your money is better spent elsewhere first. There is no charge and no obligation.
Space, power and water, checked before you order
Saunas and hyperbaric chambers need clearance and a dedicated circuit. Cold plunges with chillers need power and drainage. Hydrogen machines may need a cold-water line and under-counter room. We work these out with you in advance and send the spec sheets — because the common way a home build goes wrong is an electrical requirement discovered after delivery.
Delivery, freight and install
Most of what we carry ships freight, not parcel. That means a delivery appointment, a truck that may not fit your street, and in some cases a lift gate or a crew. We coordinate the delivery window, tell you in advance what will arrive and how, and help coordinate installation where the equipment requires it.
Sequencing — what to add first
Most people do not build the whole room at once, and the ones who are happiest a year later usually did not. We will tell you which piece earns its place first for your goals and your space, and what pairs sensibly with it later. That ordering is part of the plan, not an upsell schedule.
One point of contact, after the sale too
The same Concierge handles the questions that come later — a warranty claim, a part, a question about how often to use something. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and are stated on each product page and on our warranty page; we help coordinate warranty claims rather than simply handing you a phone number.
What We Carry
A curated catalog — not an open marketplace.
We carry a deliberately small number of manufacturers across cold plunge, sauna, red light, hyperbaric, hydrogen and recovery chairs. Each one was selected on published specifications and the documentation the manufacturer can actually produce.
We do not publish efficacy claims on this page, and we would rather you read the evidence than take our word for it. That work lives in The Wellness Library, where each article states what the research supports, what it does not, and where the findings are mixed or null.
How It Works
A deliberate process — not a sales funnel.
1. Take the assessment. About three minutes. Space, goals, budget, timeline.
2. Get your plan. A specific recommendation with the requirements attached — dimensions, electrical, water where it applies — and an honest note on anything we think you should skip.
3. Ask us anything before you commit. Including whether to commit at all. If the answer is "not yet," we will say so.
4. Delivery, install and afterwards. We coordinate the freight and the install, and we are the same contact when you have a question in month seven.
