Terms of Sale
Last updated: 28 October 2026 · Version 1.2
When you buy equipment from InfraCore Wellness, these are the terms you are agreeing to. They are short on purpose, and we would rather you read them than skim them.
1. What you are buying
The equipment we carry is professional-grade. Much of it is built or configured to your specifications and ships directly from the manufacturer — it is not pulled off a shelf.
Before you pay, your Wellness Concierge confirms the details with you: model, footprint, power requirements, intended use, and any options you are choosing. That conversation is the point at which mistakes are cheap to fix. Please use it.
2. Returns and cancellation
Return terms vary by manufacturer, because the manufacturers differ — a stock chiller and a chamber configured for your room are not the same purchase. The terms that apply to your order are set out in our Refund Policy.
Two things are worth stating plainly here, because they are the ones that surprise people:
- Configured and made-to-order equipment reaches a point where it can no longer be cancelled. That point is set by the manufacturer, and it differs between them — for some it is when they accept our purchase order, for others when fabrication begins. It is not the same date for every product.
- Some items carry a restocking fee or a limited return window. Where that is the case, the exact figure and window are in the Refund Policy.
On orders of $1,000 or more, and on any made-to-order item, we will send you a written Order Acknowledgement before we commit your order to the manufacturer. It names the item, the configuration, the lead time, and the exact point at which your order can no longer be cancelled for that specific product. We both sign it, and we do not commit the order until it comes back.
If anything is wrong, or you are not ready, tell us before you sign. We would far rather answer a question than have you receive equipment you did not want.
3. Lead times
Lead times are the manufacturer’s estimate, measured from when your order is committed to production. They are not guaranteed dates — freight schedules and production queues move.
We will tell you when a date changes. You should not have to ask.
If we cannot meet the shipping period we gave you, we will notify you and offer you the choice of agreeing to the new date or cancelling for a full refund. Where your order has already reached the point described in section 2, we will tell you what options remain and work them through with you. Nothing here removes any cancellation or refund right you have under applicable law.
4. Payment
We confirm your order and commit it to the manufacturer once payment has cleared. Prices are in US dollars.
Some manufacturers set the retail price and do not permit discounting; where that applies, the product page says so.
5. Health & Safety
Please read this before using any product you buy from us, and read the manufacturer’s own instructions in full.
The manufacturer’s safety requirements control. Each product carries its own contraindications, operating limits, training requirements, supervision requirements and age restrictions. Those are specific to the equipment and they take precedence over anything summarised here.
Most of what we sell is general wellness equipment, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Some products are regulated medical devices with specific cleared indications — where that is the case, the product page says so, and the cleared indication and the manufacturer’s instructions for use control. Nothing on this site or from our team is medical advice.
Consult a healthcare provider before use — particularly if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have any pre-existing medical condition, are taking prescription medication, or have been advised by a doctor to avoid heat, cold, pressure or light therapies. For some equipment a provider’s involvement is not merely advisable; where the manufacturer requires it, that requirement applies.
Risks of misuse. This equipment carries known hazards when it is operated outside the manufacturer’s instructions. You accept the risks arising from misuse, from failure to follow the documentation, and from the known hazards described by the manufacturer.
Age. Manufacturer age restrictions apply to each product and control. Where a manufacturer permits use by a minor, that use should be supervised by a parent or guardian and agreed with their healthcare provider.
6. Warranty
Products we sell carry the manufacturer’s warranty that applies to them, and the terms are set out on the product page.
If your equipment arrives damaged or develops a defect, your Wellness Concierge will assist you in coordinating the claim with the manufacturer or applicable shipping party. Available remedies are determined by the applicable warranty, shipping terms and consumer protection laws. InfraCore will remain your primary point of contact throughout that process.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfraCore Wellness and BMG Enterprise Solutions LLC, its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
