The Mini brings true -166°F whole-body cryotherapy into your home, in a footprint smaller than a coat closet. The same therapy elite athletes and busy professionals have built their mornings around — now without negotiating around clinic hours, traffic, or someone else's schedule.
For those of us whose harder-living years left a mark — old injuries, chronic stiffness, mobility we'd like to keep — this is the simplest, most repeatable thing you can add to a morning. An investment in the next twenty-five years that fits inside today.
Who this is for
- Home wellness rooms used daily — owner-operated, not staff-managed.
- Couples or individuals building cryotherapy into a real morning routine.
- Boutique recovery spaces serving up to ~30 sessions a day.
- Mobile setups: events, second properties, training facilities.
- Anyone whose harder-living years are catching up and who'd rather not negotiate their next twenty-five for them.
Who it's not for
- High-volume commercial clinics doing 60+ sessions a day — see the Cryomed Pro.
- Spaces where the cabinet itself needs to be a statement piece — see the Cryomed One Ultra.
- Hospital or medical-grade installations — see the Cryomed Pro Ultra.
Is this right for you?
Cold exposure at cryosauna temperatures is a strong stimulus, and it isn't the right ritual for everyone. If any of the situations below describe you or the person you're buying for, please speak with your physician — and with a Wellness Concierge — before purchasing. We'd rather help you find the recovery modality that fits than sell you the wrong one.
Not the right fit:
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a recent heart attack or stroke
- Unstable heart conditions (unstable angina, uncontrolled heart failure)
- Deep vein thrombosis or a history of active blood clots
- Cold-triggered conditions such as Raynaud's, cold urticaria, or cryoglobulinemia
- Pregnancy
- Acute illness — fever, active infection, or a bad cold that day
- Under the influence of alcohol or sedating medication at session time
- Open wounds on the body
- Under 14 years old without physician clearance
Talk to your physician first:
- Controlled high blood pressure
- Diabetes with impaired circulation, or peripheral neuropathy
- Recent surgery (within the last 6 weeks)
- Strong claustrophobia — the cabin is head-out and open at the top, but some people are still uncomfortable at first
Metal jewelry, watches, and piercings are removed before every session — a standard part of the pre-session routine. This is not a contraindication, just something to plan for.
What you get
- An 11 sq ft footprint that fits a dedicated wellness room, home gym, or garage studio.
- Installation that takes an afternoon. No specialty contractor, no permits in standard residential setups.
- A 7" operator touchscreen for session control, temperature, and logging — one screen, no app.
- Five independent safety sensors monitor pressure, nitrogen level, door, and overflow, with a manual stop in arm's reach.
- CE-certified construction, engineered to the European safety standards used by professional sports recovery facilities across Europe.
- A composite shell in white, black, or grey standard, plus 18+ custom colors at no upcharge.
- Nitrogen-efficient: 2.48 L per 3-minute session, compatible with non-pressurized (Dewar) tanks for residential safety.
- Vehicle-mountable, if your setup includes events, second properties, or recovery-on-wheels.
Training included with every Cryomed
Cryomed's operator training program — the same program used by professional cryotherapy facilities — is included with every Cryomed cryosauna purchase from InfraCore. Delivered through Cryomed's dedicated training center, the program covers safe operation, session protocols, and the day-to-day rhythm of running the equipment in your space. Whether you're outfitting a home wellness room or a facility, the training is yours.
Why Cryomed
The cold that reaches your skin.
Cryomed cryosaunas operate between -110°C and -180°C at cabin floor level. Air is a poor conductor compared to water, which is why cold-exposure practice in an air-cooled cabin operates at temperatures far below the ones you'd encounter in a cold plunge. The engineering behind that temperature range is what makes a 2–3 minute session, rather than a 15-minute one, the standard cold-exposure ritual in a cryosauna format.
Ten-plus years of commercial service.
Cryomed cabinets installed in commercial facilities more than a decade ago are still in continuous daily use. The engineering choice behind that longevity is what most first-time buyers notice: robust build, operator-accessible software reset, and a shutdown design that protects the equipment when it protects the person inside.
Designed to be installed by you.
Cryomed cryosaunas are engineered to be installable by anyone with basic technical ability — most facility operators self-install. If you prefer a fully concierge white-glove delivery and setup, InfraCore's team handles it. Either way, you're in control of the timeline.
Emergency stop and dual sensors.
Every Cryomed cryosauna is designed around the operator experience: emergency stop within reach of the console, dual temperature sensors, and automatic electronic shutdown if the sensors disagree. The standing platform is adjustable so a client's chin remains above the cabin edge at all times.
European engineering, US-friendly ownership.
Cryomed cryosaunas are engineered in Europe to EU quality standards. Cryomed's medical-tier lineup (One+ and Pro+) carries CE marking under EC Directive 93/42/EEC and is manufactured under EN ISO 13485:2016 quality management — the same certifications used by hospital and clinic equipment across Europe. Your InfraCore purchase includes US-based concierge support, warranty administration, and direct access to Cryomed through your InfraCore contact.

How it compares
The Mini is our pick for residential and small-boutique use. Here's how to think about it alongside the rest of the Cryomed lineup and the broader cryotherapy market:
vs. Cryomed One Ultra — The One Ultra adds a 10" customer-facing display and a hand-finished fiberglass shell in any RAL color. Choose the One Ultra if the cabinet itself needs to be a centerpiece, or if you're running a boutique spa where every detail signals premium. The Mini is the better choice when function and footprint matter more than presentation.
vs. Cryomed Pro — The Pro is built for commercial volume: 90 sessions a day, 22" operator screen, larger footprint. Choose the Pro if you're opening a wellness business with cryotherapy at its center. The Mini is the better choice for individual or couple use, or a studio serving fewer than 30 clients a day.
vs. electric (refrigerant) cryotherapy — Nitrogen-cooled cryosaunas reach true -166°F with no waiting between sessions. Electric units typically hover around -120°F and need 5–10 minutes between clients. If you want full-strength whole-body cryotherapy without compromise, nitrogen-cooled is the way.
What a typical rhythm looks like
Most people who bring a Cryomed into their home or facility settle into a rhythm of 2–3 sessions per week for maintenance, with a heavier loading phase of 3 sessions per week over a 4–6 week window when they first start. Session length is typically 2–3 minutes once the body has adjusted. First-time users often begin with a shorter 90-second introduction session at a warmer temperature — the operator training that comes with your Cryomed walks through this in detail.
Whether the routine looks like a post-workout ritual, an evening reset before sleep, or the recovery block in an athletic training week, the concierge team can help you think through what fits your life.
Frequently asked questions
How cold does the Cryomed Mini actually get?
The cabin reaches -166°F during a session — the same temperature professional sports recovery facilities use. Each session runs 3 minutes.
Is it safe to install in a home garage or basement?
Yes. Like any nitrogen-cooled equipment, the room needs adequate ventilation — typically a single passive vent meets code in residential settings. Our concierge team handles the install assessment as part of every delivery.
Do I need a contractor or special permits?
No specialty contractor required. The Mini runs on standard electrical and connects to a non-pressurized (Dewar) nitrogen tank. Residential setups typically don't require permits. We coordinate everything as part of your delivery.
How does owning a Mini compare to going to a cryotherapy clinic?
A typical clinic session runs $40–$70. At 5 sessions a week, a home Mini pays itself back in 24–30 months — and you reclaim the drive time, the scheduling, and the waiting room. Most home users also do more sessions per week simply because access is frictionless.
How much does nitrogen cost to run at home?
2.48 L per 3-minute session. A standard 230L Dewar tank covers roughly 90 sessions and refills for $80–$150 depending on your local supplier — about $1.00–$1.65 per session at home.
How long does delivery and installation take?
Standard delivery is 8–12 weeks from order. Our concierge install adds 2–4 hours on delivery day — we coordinate everything end-to-end, including connecting your nitrogen supplier.
What's the warranty?
Your Cryomed cryosauna is covered by a 36-month manufacturer warranty from date of delivery — parts covered on any component that fails under normal operation and conforms to the warranty terms. The warranty is administered by Cryomed and handled end-to-end by your InfraCore Wellness Concierge — you never file paperwork with Slovakia yourself. If a warranted component is confirmed, Cryomed sends the replacement part; if you'd like a Cryomed technician on-site, the visit is coordinated through your Concierge on a quote basis (technician travel and labor are separate from the parts warranty). Extended terms are available on request for commercial installations.
From the founder
I built InfraCore because I needed it.
Two devastating knee injuries and multiple ankle injuries before I left high school gave me twenty-five years of compounding consequences — chronic pain, multiple surgeries, mobility I was working hard to keep. The clinic sessions became part of how I kept moving. They just didn't fit a real life.
The Mini is the first piece of equipment I plan to bring home myself. If your harder-living years are catching up with you and you're not ready to negotiate your future for them, I think you'll feel the same way.
