The Cryomed Pro is whole-body nitrogen cryotherapy at clinical throughput. 90 sessions a day. No mandatory downtime between clients. A 22" operator touchscreen for session control, scheduling, and logging. A 20" customer-facing display that walks every client through the experience. Three minutes at -166°F — the same temperature you'd get at a professional sports recovery facility, delivered with the consistency and uptime a commercial clinic actually needs.

For the founder opening a high-volume cryotherapy clinic, the medspa adding cryo as a flagship service, the sports performance facility integrating recovery into a real training stack — anywhere the cabinet has to earn its keep one session at a time, all day, every day.

Who this is for

  • Dedicated cryotherapy clinics running 60–90 sessions a day, where throughput is the business model.
  • High-volume medspas adding cryo as a flagship recovery service alongside aesthetic and wellness offerings.
  • Sports performance and rehabilitation facilities serving teams, leagues, and elite individual athletes.
  • Multi-location wellness operators standardizing on a single commercial-grade platform across sites.
  • Operators who want the same operator training program Cryomed delivers to professional cryotherapy facilities, included with the equipment.

Who it's not for

  • Residential wellness setups — see the Cryomed Mini.
  • Boutique spas or hospitality settings where the cabinet is part of the room's design language — see the Cryomed One Ultra.
  • Operators expecting fewer than 30 sessions/day on average — the Pro's economics depend on volume; smaller cabinets are a better fit at lower throughput.

Is this right for your clients?

Cold exposure at cryosauna temperatures is a strong stimulus, and any client-facing facility should screen for the situations below at intake. Cryomed's operator training program (included with every Cryomed purchase) walks operators through the industry-standard client intake methodology and the sample waiver template. The list below is what your intake questionnaire should surface before a client's first session, at minimum.

Do not treat:

  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure, or recent heart attack or stroke
  • Unstable heart conditions (unstable angina, uncontrolled heart failure)
  • Deep vein thrombosis or active thromboembolic disease
  • Cold-triggered conditions (Raynaud's, cold urticaria, cryoglobulinemia)
  • Pregnancy
  • Acute infection or fever
  • Alcohol or drug intoxication at session time
  • Open wounds on the body
  • Under 14 years old without physician clearance

Screen and refer for physician clearance:

  • Controlled hypertension
  • Diabetes with impaired circulation, or peripheral neuropathy
  • Recent surgery (within the last 6 weeks)
  • Strong claustrophobia

Pre-session checklist basics — dry skin, cotton coverings on extremities, no metal jewelry — are covered in the included operator training.

Why Cryomed

The cold that reaches your skin.

Cryomed cryosaunas operate between -110°C and -180°C at cabin floor level. Air is a poor conductor compared to water, which is why cold-exposure practice in an air-cooled cabin operates at temperatures far below the ones you'd encounter in a cold plunge. The engineering behind that temperature range is what makes a 2–3 minute session, rather than a 15-minute one, the standard cold-exposure ritual in a cryosauna format.

Ten-plus years of commercial service.

Cryomed cabinets installed in commercial facilities more than a decade ago are still in continuous daily use. The engineering choice behind that longevity is what most first-time buyers notice: robust build, operator-accessible software reset, and a shutdown design that protects the equipment when it protects the person inside.

Designed to be installed by you.

Cryomed cryosaunas are engineered to be installable by anyone with basic technical ability — most facility operators self-install. If you prefer a fully concierge white-glove delivery and setup, InfraCore's team handles it. Either way, you're in control of the timeline.

Emergency stop and dual sensors.

Every Cryomed cryosauna is designed around the operator experience: emergency stop within reach of the console, dual temperature sensors, and automatic electronic shutdown if the sensors disagree. The standing platform is adjustable so a client's chin remains above the cabin edge at all times.

European engineering, US-friendly ownership.

Cryomed cryosaunas are engineered in Europe to EU quality standards. Cryomed's medical-tier lineup (One+ and Pro+) carries CE marking under EC Directive 93/42/EEC and is manufactured under EN ISO 13485:2016 quality management — the same certifications used by hospital and clinic equipment across Europe. Your InfraCore purchase includes US-based concierge support, warranty administration, and direct access to Cryomed through your InfraCore contact.

How it compares

The Pro is our pick when cryotherapy is the business — not an amenity, not a feature in a wellness suite, but the thing clients are paying for. Here's how to think about it alongside the rest of the Cryomed lineup and the broader cryotherapy market:

vs. Cryomed Mini — Same -166°F therapy, but the Mini is built to disappear into a residential or small wellness-room install and run 10–20 sessions a day. Choose the Pro when you're running a clinic and need 60+ sessions of consistent throughput. Choose the Mini when the cabinet is for one household or a quiet wellness room.

vs. Cryomed One Ultra — The One Ultra is the boutique showpiece — hand-finished fiberglass shell, any RAL color, designed to be looked at. Choose the One Ultra for a boutique spa, residential suite, or hospitality property where presentation matters as much as throughput. Choose the Pro when the priority is moving clients through the cabin reliably, all day, every day.

vs. electric (refrigerant) cryotherapy — Nitrogen-cooled cryosaunas reach true -166°F with no waiting between sessions. Electric units typically hover around -120°F and need 5–10 minutes between clients — a non-starter for clinic economics. If you want full-strength whole-body cryotherapy at commercial throughput, nitrogen-cooled is the only real option.

What a typical rhythm looks like

Most people who bring a Cryomed into their home or facility settle into a rhythm of 2–3 sessions per week for maintenance, with a heavier loading phase of 3 sessions per week over a 4–6 week window when they first start. Session length is typically 2–3 minutes once the body has adjusted. First-time users often begin with a shorter 90-second introduction session at a warmer temperature — the operator training that comes with your Cryomed walks through this in detail.

Whether the routine looks like a post-workout ritual, an evening reset before sleep, or the recovery block in an athletic training week, the concierge team can help you think through what fits your life.

Frequently asked questions

How is the Pro different from the One Ultra and Mini?

Same -166°F nitrogen cryotherapy across all three, but the Pro is the only cabinet in the lineup built to run a commercial clinic. 90 sessions a day, no mandatory downtime between clients, a 22" operator touchscreen for scheduling and logging, and a 20" customer-facing display. The Mini is a residential/wellness-room piece. The One Ultra is a boutique-spa centerpiece. The Pro is what you put in when cryotherapy is the business.

What's the daily session capacity, really?

Cryomed rates the Pro at up to 90 sessions per 8-hour day with continuous operation — that's the throughput a high-volume clinic needs. In practice, most operators run 60–80 sessions a day comfortably and reserve the rest of the capacity for buffer. If you're modeling a clinic on Pro economics, 60 sessions × $40 average = $2,400/day gross is a conservative starting point.

Does the Pro require a dedicated room?

It needs about 17.4 sq ft of floor space plus clearance, ceiling height of 8'1" or more, and ventilation appropriate for nitrogen use. Our concierge team handles the ventilation assessment, gas supplier coordination, and electrical sign-off before delivery so you're not figuring it out on install day.

What's the nitrogen consumption at full clinical volume?

4.05 L per 3-minute session at full load — slightly higher than the Mini and One Ultra because the cabin is larger and recovers faster between back-to-back clients. At 60 sessions/day that's roughly 243 L/day. A standard pressurized 230L tank runs about a day at full clinical use; most clinics set up a dual-tank system with auto-switchover so there's no interruption.

Can I customize the cabinet color or branding?

Yes. Standard finishes are white, black, and grey composite shell. Custom RAL colors, custom interior upholstery, logo placement on the shell, and entry-pad color are all coordinated through Cryomed at no upcharge. We handle the spec sheet with them on your behalf so the cabinet matches the way your clinic reads.

How long does delivery and installation take?

Standard delivery is 8–12 weeks from order. Concierge install adds half a day on delivery and includes operator training for your staff — session control, safety protocols, daily startup/shutdown, and emergency stop procedures. We coordinate everything end-to-end so the clinic is ready to take its first paying client the same week.

What's the warranty on the Pro?

Your Cryomed cryosauna is covered by a 36-month manufacturer warranty from date of delivery — parts covered on any component that fails under normal operation and conforms to the warranty terms. The warranty is administered by Cryomed and handled end-to-end by your InfraCore Wellness Concierge — you never file paperwork with Slovakia yourself. If a warranted component is confirmed, Cryomed sends the replacement part; if you'd like a Cryomed technician on-site, the visit is coordinated through your Concierge on a quote basis (technician travel and labor are separate from the parts warranty). Extended terms are available on request for commercial installations. Wi-Fi/LAN diagnostics let Cryomed proactively flag component wear before it becomes downtime.

What's the payback period for a clinic running this?

At 60 sessions/day × $40 average × 25 operating days/month = $60,000/month gross. Most clinics hit a 6–12 month payback at moderate utilization. The Pro economics work because of throughput — nothing else in the price range moves clients through the way this cabinet does.

From the founder

I built InfraCore because I needed it.

Two devastating knee injuries and multiple ankle injuries before I left high school gave me twenty-five years of compounding consequences — chronic pain, multiple surgeries, mobility I was working hard to keep. Clinic sessions became part of how I kept moving. They just didn't fit a real life.

The Pro is the piece I recommend when the clinic visit is what you're building. If your business model is paid cryotherapy at scale — a dedicated clinic, a medspa flagship, a recovery room for a team — this is the cabinet that makes the economics work. The therapy is the same as the Mini and the One Ultra. The Pro is just the only one built to run all day, and it comes with the same operator training program Cryomed delivers to professional cryotherapy facilities — included.
