Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or a US territory?

Yes, we ship there. Freight to these addresses is quoted per order rather than charged at checkout — so no shipping option will appear online and the order cannot be completed by itself. That is deliberate, and it is not a decline.

  1. InfraCore covers the continental US freight on every product.
  2. We request the actual freight quote from the manufacturer for your address.
  3. You pay only the amount above the continental US rate.
  4. You receive one emailed invoice covering the equipment plus that additional freight, so you have the complete total before the order is placed.

Nothing is charged and no order is placed until you have seen that total and approved it.

Prefer email? Write to support@infracorewellness.com with your full address and the model you want, and your Wellness Concierge will take it from there.

Echo Flow — Under-Counter Hydrogen Water System Sale price$1,999.99

Hydrogen water on demand from a tap you already have. The Flow installs under the counter and works alongside the reverse-osmosis system already beneath your sink — it is the upgrade for people who solved their water quality years ago and want to add one thing to it.

Who this is for

  • Households that already own an under-sink reverse-osmosis or whole-house filtration system
  • Anyone tired of running bottle cycles who wants hydrogen water the way they get cold water — by turning a tap
  • Families, where a single portable bottle turns into a queue
  • People who drink hydrogen water daily and have decided it earns permanent plumbing

Who it's not for

  • Anyone without existing prefiltration. The Flow has no filter of its own — it requires a pre-existing RO or whole-house filtration system upstream.
  • Renters, or anyone who can't run a dedicated constant-power outlet under the sink
  • Anyone wanting portability — that's the Echo Flask
  • Anyone looking for hydrogen inhalation — that's the Echo Refresh

What you get

  • Echo Flow unit with internal pump
  • Echo Hydrogen Module
  • Quarter-inch connection tubing
  • Secondary faucet where one is needed — Oiled Bronze, Chrome, Stainless Steel or Matte Black
  • Digital manual access
  • Ten-year limited warranty
  • Free shipping within the continental US

By the numbers

  • Hydrogen output: up to 1.21 ppm
  • ORP: down to −500 mV
  • Flow rate: up to 1.2 litres per minute
  • Dimensions: 9.5" H × 9.5" W × 3.5" D
  • Weight: 3.85 lbs
  • Water pressure: 10 psi minimum; 11–13 psi in the RO holding tank recommended
  • Power: dedicated outlet with constant supply
  • Warranty: 10 years

Installing it

The Flow is plumbed inline between your existing filtration and your tap. The tube currently running from your RO to its faucet moves to the Flow's IN port; the included quarter-inch tube runs from OUT to the faucet connection. All tubing is quarter-inch.

If you already have a dedicated RO faucet, that tap can become the hydrogen tap. If you don't have one, the included secondary faucet needs a 15/16" to 1" opening — often available from a redundant soap dispenser or sprayer port.

One thing worth knowing before you commit: once the Flow is inline, everything from that tap is hydrogen-infused. You will not have plain RO water on it anymore.

How it compares

The Flask is portable and per-cycle. The Flow is fixed and on demand. The Refresh is inhalation rather than water. If you already own an RO system and drink hydrogen water daily, the Flow is the one that stops the routine from being a chore.

Frequently asked questions

I already have an RO system under my sink. Does this work with it?

Yes — that is precisely what it is built for. The Flow requires upstream prefiltration and provides none of its own. It works in conjunction with your existing RO rather than replacing it, taking that system's filtered output and adding hydrogen to it.

Do I have to drill my countertop?

Only if you don't already have a dedicated RO tap. Where one exists, the Flow can be plumbed to it. A new opening is needed only when there is no second tap, in which case the included faucet requires a 15/16" to 1" hole.

My RO tank is a few years old. Will pressure be a problem?

Possibly, and it is worth checking first. The Flow needs at least 10 psi, and Echo recommends 11–13 psi in the RO holding tank for good flow. RO tanks lose air charge over years, and a tank sitting low will make the Flow trickle even though it technically operates. Topping the tank up through its Schrader valve, with the tank drained, is a short job.

Does it filter my water?

No. It infuses hydrogen into already-filtered water. Prefiltration is a requirement, not an option.

Does it need power?

Yes — a dedicated outlet with constant supply, under the counter.

What is the warranty?

Ten years, administered by Echo.

From the founder

This is the one I chose for my own kitchen, and the reason is unglamorous: I already had reverse osmosis under the sink and a second tap sitting there, so the Flow was the piece that made hydrogen water something I would actually keep doing rather than something I would mean to do. That is usually the real question with recovery equipment — not whether it works, but whether the friction is low enough that you stay with it. I don't write about equipment I haven't lived with, so this page will get more opinionated once mine has been under the counter a while.
