Frequently asked questions
Countertop or under-counter?
Either. Under-counter is tidier but requires a secondary faucet installed alongside your main one; countertop needs no plumbing work.
Does it change the pH of my water?
No. That is the distinction between this and an alkaline machine — the H2 adds hydrogen without shifting pH.
When will it ship?
It is in stock. Echo confirmed on 26 October 2026 that units are in their warehouse, so it ships on the normal schedule once your order is placed.
From the founder
The H2 is the machine for people who want something permanent but are not ready to commit to cutting into a countertop. Being able to start it on the counter and move it under later is a genuinely useful option. Echo has built hydrogen equipment since roughly 2009, they manufacture and service their own machines, and they answered every regulatory and warranty question I put to them without hedging. That is why the line is here.

Shipping & lead time
Ships from Echo's facility in Pleasant Grove, Utah via Echo's own logistics partners to the address on your order. Delivery dates quoted by Echo are indicative rather than guaranteed, and items on backorder ship automatically as they become available. Inspect your delivery on arrival and tell your Wellness Concierge about any damage or shortage straight away — we file the claim.
Installation
Your Wellness Concierge confirms model, water chemistry and installation requirements with you before payment, so the unit that arrives is the right one. Tell us about your setup — water source, counter or under-sink space, and drainage — and we confirm what your install needs before the order goes in.
