Countertop or under-counter?
Either. Under-counter is tidier but requires a secondary faucet installed alongside your main one; countertop needs no plumbing work.
Does it change the pH of my water?
No. That is the distinction between this and an alkaline machine — the H2 adds hydrogen without shifting pH.
When will it ship?
Echo lists it as on backorder with shipping expected October 2026. We will confirm the date with Echo before taking your order.
From the founder
The H2 is the machine for people who want something permanent but are not ready to commit to cutting into a countertop. Being able to start it on the counter and move it under later is a genuinely useful option. Echo has built hydrogen equipment since roughly 2009, they manufacture and service their own machines, and they answered every regulatory and warranty question I put to them without hedging.
