How it compares

Is setup complicated?
You are not doing it alone. Every Refresh includes a scheduled white-glove session with Echo's in-house technician, who walks you through unboxing, setup and first use. After purchase we pass your contact details to Echo so they can reach out and book it.
Should I buy this or start with the Flask?
Start with the Flask unless you already know hydrogen belongs in your routine. It is a fraction of the cost and answers the question honestly. We would rather sell you a $300 bottle you keep using than a flagship you are unsure about.
What is the warranty?
Ten years, administered by Echo, with repairs handled by their in-house technical team.
Does it need special installation?
No plumbing. It needs power and a sensible place to live. The white-glove session covers placement and operation.

I am deliberately not putting a results story on this page. I have not used a Refresh, and I will not borrow someone else's experience and present it as mine. What I can tell you is why it is on the site: Echo has been in hydrogen since roughly 2009, they build and service their own equipment, the warranty is ten years rather than the two you usually see, and they assign a real technician to walk every buyer through setup. Those are the things I can verify, and they are the reasons this cleared our bar.
