Living Earth Crafts have built spa and wellness furniture in Vista, California since 1974, and this piece is made to order there. InfraCore Wellness is the seller of record: we place the order, coordinate the freight, and handle any warranty claim on your behalf.

Upholstery & finish
This is the Salt Room Edition, and the difference is the upholstery. It is finished in Living Earth Crafts' marine-grade water-resistant material, made for open-air environments such as a salt room: it cools down faster than PVC or leather, resists temperature change, and is bleach-cleanable with stain protection. Four colors: Soft White, Stardust, Marine Blue and Graphite Grey.
Colors on a screen are a rendering. Your Wellness Concierge can have physical samples sent before you commit to a finish.

Your protection & logistics
Warranty
Living Earth Crafts warrant this piece BY COMPONENT, so several terms apply at once. The frame is covered against defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns it, or five years after the model is discontinued. Foam and upholstery are covered for three years. Hydraulic systems, motors, controls and actuators are covered for two years, including parts and labor. Accessories and options carry one year unless otherwise noted. Not covered: normal wear and tear, maintenance, accident, misuse, harsh operating environments, upholstery tears, or damage from harsh chemical-based cleaners. Cover is limited to repair or replacement at LEC's discretion. Administered by Living Earth Crafts and coordinated end-to-end by your InfraCore Wellness Concierge.
Shipping & lead time
Ships from the Living Earth Crafts facility in Vista, California. Freight is quoted per order and is already inside the price you see — you never pay a separate continental-US shipping charge. Your Wellness Concierge confirms the freight cost and a delivery date with you BEFORE the order is placed, and calls ahead to schedule the delivery rather than leaving it to the carrier's routing.
Installation
Delivered curbside, or to your dock if you have one. The piece ships crated on its own pallet with its printed manual, and a liftgate is required — we quote it with the freight rather than leaving you to arrange it. Your Concierge confirms a delivery appointment or a driver call-ahead before anything ships. Inspect the crate before the driver leaves and tell us about any freight damage within 48 hours, including damage you only find once it is unpacked, and we will take the claim from there.
Returns
Returns open within 30 days of receipt, per Living Earth Crafts' published returns policy. This piece is made to order, so an order can usually be cancelled before it enters production; once it is in production or has shipped, a return carries a 20% restocking fee and the return freight. Your Wellness Concierge confirms the terms for your specific configuration in writing before any payment is taken. This does not affect rights or remedies available under applicable law.
