Extended 2-year and 3-year warranties available at point of sale (priced per model ā your Wellness Concierge quotes the exact figure with your order). Penguin administers all claims; we coordinate and resolve on your behalf.
Shipping & lead time
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states via UPS, covered by Penguin. East-coast addresses typically arrive in 1ā3 business days; west-coast in approximately 5 business days. Tracking is sent the moment your order ships. Alaska / Hawaii shipping is quoted separately by your Wellness Concierge.
Installation
Self-install ā every Penguin chiller ships with kit-specific step-by-step setup guides and the owner's manual. Customers using Penguin's pre-approved standard kit configurations do not need to submit setup photos. For custom installations (e.g., integrating a chiller into a non-standard tub or build), photos and system details are submitted to Penguin's tech team before use to validate warranty coverage ā your Wellness Concierge handles that submission for you.
Returns
Standard stock chillers are eligible for return within 21 days, subject to pre-approval and a 20% restocking fee; return shipping is the customer's responsibility, direct to Penguin in Tennessee. Custom-ordered units are non-returnable. Cancellations within lead time are subject to a 3% fee. We work with you upfront to confirm the right HP, coil, and configuration so a return is rarely needed.
