Summit to Sea warrants your chamber against defect for two years from delivery, covering parts and labor on every component — zippers, windows, seams, valves and hoses included. Repair or replacement is at Summit to Sea's option, and this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties. Misuse and unauthorized modification are not covered, and shipping to and from Summit to Sea on a warranty claim is the customer's responsibility. Extended 1, 2, and 3-year warranty options can be purchased any time within the two-year period — your Wellness Concierge will quote the exact figure for your chamber. All FDA-cleared chambers, manufactured in the United States.
Shipping & lead time
Freight to the 48 contiguous states is included in the price. Summit to Sea holds chambers in stock rather than building to order; we place your order with them once your payment has settled, and they typically ship within 24–48 hours of receiving it, by FedEx with tracking; transit time depends on your destination, and the carrier's window is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Alaska and Hawaii are quoted per order — we request the freight quote from Summit to Sea and confirm the cost with you before you commit to anything. Professional on-site installation is available for a nominal charge through Summit to Sea's own installer, who schedules the appointment directly with you — your Wellness Concierge quotes it before you order.
Installation
Self-install with full setup documentation. Every Summit to Sea chamber ships with operator instructions, and your Wellness Concierge schedules a 30-minute setup call to walk through first-use safety, oxygen-concentrator pairing, and session protocol. On-site installation services can be arranged on request.
Returns
You may return your chamber within 15 days of delivery in its original condition; return shipping is the customer's responsibility and the original shipping charge is deducted from the refund — full terms are set out under Returns below. If a chamber arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, the Summit to Sea warranty handles replacement and we manage the claim.

Do I really need a prescription?
Yes — hyperbaric chambers are FDA-cleared Class II medical devices, and federal law requires a physician's prescription. We've made this easy: send us a prescription from your primary care, sports-medicine, or functional-medicine provider, and we coordinate the rest. Most clients have one in hand within a week.
What does "mild hyperbaric" mean, and what is it good for?
Summit to Sea chambers operate at 1.3 ATA (4.4 PSI) — the soft-chamber range FDA-cleared for home use. That's different from the 2.0–2.4 ATA hospital HBOT used for acute medical emergencies. Mild HBOT is what athletes, biohackers, and longevity-focused users build into their week for recovery, sleep quality, post-surgical healing, post-concussion support, and general resilience.
How does owning compare to clinic HBOT visits?
Clinic HBOT runs $150–$250 per session, typically 60–90 minutes plus travel and scheduling. At three sessions a week, you're at $23K–$39K a year — and you're still on someone else's calendar. How does it compare to a hospital hyperbaric chamber?

How loud is it?

We place your order with them once your payment has settled, and they typically ship within 24–48 hours of receiving it. Transit time then depends on where you are: your chamber travels by FedEx freight with tracking, and the carrier's delivery window is an estimate rather than a guarantee. In the rare case a model is not in stock, Summit to Sea manufactures on a monthly schedule and your Wellness Concierge confirms the ship window before you pay. First-time setup runs about 60 minutes (frame and compressors); after that, breakdown and re-setup runs around 15 minutes. What's the warranty?
