Shipping is quoted per chamber model — your Wellness Concierge confirms the exact freight cost (typical range: $275 for Shallow Dive up to $700 for Grand Dive Pro with Platform) before payment is finalized. White-glove delivery coordination is included.
Installation
Self-install with full setup documentation. Every Summit to Sea chamber ships with operator instructions, and your Wellness Concierge schedules a 30-minute setup call to walk through first-use safety, oxygen-concentrator pairing, and session protocol. On-site installation services can be arranged on request.
Returns
All chambers are priced at the retail rate published by Summit to Sea — no discounts apply by manufacturer policy. Because every unit is configured for the buyer's intended use and the chamber ships from STS direct, sales are final once production begins. If a chamber arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, the STS warranty handles replacement and we manage the claim.

Do I really need a prescription?
Yes — hyperbaric chambers are FDA-cleared Class II medical devices, and federal law requires a physician's prescription. What does "mild hyperbaric" mean, and what is it good for?
Summit to Sea chambers operate at 1.3 ATA (4.4 PSI) — the soft-chamber range FDA-cleared for home use. That's different from the 2.0–2.4 ATA hospital HBOT used for acute medical emergencies. How does owning compare to clinic HBOT visits?
