The Energy Square 2.4 is TrueLight's compact 12×12-inch panel, designed for targeted use on face, neck, shoulders, joints, or a specific muscle group. It uses the same four-wavelength stack as the full-body Trism — 580 nm (yellow-amber), 630 and 660 nm (red), and 850 nm (near-infrared) — in each LED.
Wavelength bands you can turn on individually. Yellow only, red only (630+660), near-infrared only, red combined with near-infrared, or all four together. Each mode available in steady or pulsing form. Different wavelengths do different work; selectability lets you use the panel with intent rather than turn it on at maximum output every session.
